I am a writer with a passion for education. I work with you to understand your story, your goals, and your audience. Together we craft a message that speaks to your readers and clearly conveys your ideas.

With both technical and creative projects, my approach is to look at the concepts from the reader's point of view and find the words that resonate with you and your audience. Whether guiding users through a complex software program or describing the birth of a new industry, my goal is to make it easy and enjoyable for readers to grasp the concepts and utilize the information.

My education includes an M.Ed. in Technology in Education from Harvard and a B.A. in Cultural Studies from Evergreen State College. I have worked and studied in China, Japan, Taiwan, and the Czech Republic.

For over 12 years, I have designed websites and newsletters; researched speeches; written articles; and explained complex technologies through case studies, white papers, and consumer product user guides.
